
The Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau invited the Egyptian community to celebrate the opening of the first “Embassy of Knowledge” of Alexandria Library outside of Egypt at the bureau. American and Egyptian guests listened attentively to Dr. Heba Saad, the cultural attaché, who presented an overview of the Embassy's significance and content. The overview highlighted all the archives, collections, and databases visitors can access through the embassy and pinpointed their importance for all ages. During the second half of the event, ECEB presented two Egyptian talents and guests enjoyed the vibrant musical performance by Sherif Ashraf and explored the books of Basma Al-aufy.

Prof. Dr. Heba Mahmoud Saad met Dr. Mohammed Hassn, Associate Professor of Physics and Optical Sciences at the University of Ariyona to congratulate him on his latest achevment of developing the fastest Attomicroscope that can image the electron motion. This achievement will open the door to breaking new ground in physics, chemistry and biology.

On 31 July, the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau participated in "EducationUSA Forum, " an annual forum organized to connect American Universities and counterparties worldwide and discuss educational issues. ECEB presented information about Egyptian universities and opportunities for study in Egypt through the "Study in Egypt" initiative.
